Machine Features: TCT saw blade (Carbide -tipped) and / or HSS saw blade; Cutting off solid steel bar and heavy wall steel tube; can be assigned to inline operation for 24 hours continuous operation; The sawing head moves vertically along the triple slides in a specially designed Triumph Arch Structure, to ensure the rigidity and stability of the sawing head during the cutting process; Equipped with servo motor and precision ball screws to achieve fast and stable cutting, easy and flexible speed control during the cutting process, as well as shortening the cycle and production time. The high power sawing head comes with high efficiency gears and specially designed backlash eliminating structure to ensure fast, stable, and smooth cutting, as well as to prolong blade life. The design of two 180Degree blade-holding guides prevents the blade from vibrating. Together with high pressure cooling system, this design increases the cutting speed, precision, and prolongs the blade life. The sawing head temperature control protects the blade from high temperature and thus prolongs the blade life and ensures high precision cutting. The special forced alignment feeding system, along with floating function, protects the work piece from scratches and interference during the feeding process. The automatic CNC Servo Feeding System also allows the most precise cutting length control. (The feeding setting is in 0.01mm increment) The Interactive Touch Screen allows easy storage, editing, and operation of cutting length control, cutting speed control, cutting amount setting, and other data?s. The screen also displays the error and malfunction messages to provide convenient troubleshooting. The automatic material-loading system provides the most convenient operation. The whole production process is completely automated and thus achieving maximum efficiency.
