Solder paste dispenser

Parth Electronics offers an automatic solder paste dispenser, Model FDS-100SMD. This is a low cost economical, automatic solder paste dispensing unit, based on time-pressure principle. The solder paste that is to be dispensed is filled in 20 cc PP barrel. The volume to be dispensed is controlled by the dispenser by controlling pressure, orifice of the dispensing tip and time period for which the dispensing takes place. An in-built vacuum generator is provided for placing SMD components. It can be synchronised with other system for complete fully automatic production system.
