Series T5623 SMD clock oscillators provide 3 MHz to 100 MHz time and reference frequencies from -55oC to +125oC. Maximum frequency deviation is +75 ppm (0.0075%) over the full range of temperature, load, and supply voltage variations. The T5623 operates on 5 V &177;5%, and draws 35 mA maximum load current. Long-term aging is below &177;3 ppm during the first year, reducing to &177;1 ppm/year thereafter. Output symmetry is 60/40, maximum jitter is 60 ps peak-to-peak. The T5623 oscillators are available for CMOS and TTL logic loads. Built in rugged multi-layer gold-ceramic SMD packages, the oscillators incorporate 0.1 uF bypass capacitors, and measure only 5 x 7 x 1.9 mm. They are compatible with double sided PCB production, and are available on tape and reel for automated PCB assembly. Series T5623 oscillators provide time and reference frequency signals for the military's digital and data communications equipment.
