SMART UPS, PS UPS 12-03

Presevi Systems offers Smart UPS, Model PS-UPS-03, an UPS system for computer applications. A computer with one colour monitor and a printer can be connected to this system. This system is provided with an in-built battery, a battery charger and an inverter with many protection circuits. This model gives a back up time of max 20 minutes. The in-built battery charger will keep the battery always in charged condition. Protection against overcharging and deep discharge of battery is provided in the circuit. The unit is provided with overload protection and this will trip the UPS automatically when the load exceeds the safe limit. One of the other features of this model is the no-load shut down. When nothing is connected to the UPS and power fails, the UPS will not allow the in-built inverter to work further and will shut down automatically. EMI/EMC filters, surge arrestors, snubbers are also provided to protect the computer from line surges during lightning and other noisy conditions. This model is accompanied by software by which one can monitor the supply line status, in-built battery status and the remaining back up time, etc, on his monitor. This software will automatically shut down the PC at the event of battery is fully discharged.
