Slurry (Tech-Taylor) Valves

Technequip Limited, based in Canada, manufactures the Tech-Taylor valves designed with minimal pressure drop feature, for use in mining industry. These slurry valves have rugged construction and good abrasion resistance. These valves do not incorporate actuators or controls. All wetted parts are lined with hot vulcanised pure gum rubber. Other linings are also available. The valve can be operated in any orientation. The Tech-Taylor valve automatically performs the shut-off valve functions required in process plants, without any external energy source. The body of the Tech-Taylor valve replaces the "Y" fitting formerly required, and is designed for minimal pressure drop, making it a trouble-free addition to a piping system. These can be supplied with flange fittings and are available in 80 mm (3 inch) to 750 mm range (30 inch) with 75/150/300/600 PSIG ratings.
