Slitter Rewinders

SP Ultraflex Systems offers Slitter Rewinder, Ultraslit OHP 500. This is used to convert plain/printed/coated/co-extruded and laminated combinations of base materials, such as paper, plastic films, such as OPP, PET, CPP, PVC, POF and Aluminium foil. It is free standing on a separate unwind frame and on the side opposite to the rewind (overhead web path). Benefits: high speed of 500 m/min., reasonably big diameters on the unwind and rewind, hygienic environment for food grade substrates, area for online web inspection, easy web threading, excellent accessibility to machine components, possibility of unwind splice table, floor lift unwind section.
