Piyush Engg Tech offers Single Screw and Barrel for Plastic Injection & Extrusion Machines. Specifications: nitro – alloy (EN-41B) gas nitrided screw and barrel; helical gearbox with inbuilt thrust bearing (housing); power saver heaters; AC drives for variable speed of machine; digital control panel; and power saver and space saving design. Spares: die, head for all plant, air rings for tubing plant, jockey extruder for coating and lining, heavy-duty scrap grinder, mixture machine, die face cutter, and double die head for tubing. These are used for manufacturing of: HM, PP, PE, PVC shrink film plant; HDPE and rigid PVC pipe plant; PVC wire and cable plant; box strap plant; lollipop stick (straw) making plant; monofilament (yarn) plant; sutli plant; LD tarpaulin and LD pipe plant; granules plant; and other plastic processing machines.
