Single Pot System, VMA

Vagumator type VMA Ex, with microwave and VAGAS drying system. Bohle single pot systems are perfectly developed for closed process sequences from dust-free charging to discharging granulate. The impeller is precisely shaped to the process bowl and thereby ensures almost complete discharging, leaving residues of less than 1% (product-dependent). Gentle drying procedures are effected by either pure vacuum or with added carrier gas (VAGAS). Furthermore, microwave drying is available. Cleaning requirements are minimal due to the small product contact surfaces and the compact design. The system meets all internationally relevant GMP standards.
