Single deck wing pallet

Mumbai-based Stakall offers single deck pallets specially designed for drive-in-system where the pallets are supported only at the ends. The construction of the pallet is in two parts and the joint is on the sides, one part forms the top face of the pallet and the other part forms the bottom side, bottom includes legs for the pallet, the legs also act as guides to the forks. As the pallet is in two parts and the joints of the pallet is on the sides, the top face is free of joints. The box type construction of the pallet makes it resistant to sagging and collapsing even under heavy loads. Pallets can be designed with load carrying capacities ranging from 500 kg to 2000 kg.
