Signal Isolators

Radix Microsystems offers Signal Isolators, MSI4P. It is a single input, two output signals, and microprocessor based product. It is housed in an elegant DIN rail enclosure. It features a universal input, and including thermocouples, and RTDs up to 2 isolated outputs can be provided. Each output can be 0/4~20 mA, 0~1 V DC, 0~10 V DC, etc. Power supply options are 85~265 V AC/DC or 15~36 V DC. The mutual isolation between input, supply and outputs as well as between any two outputs is 1000 V AC/1 minute, and 250 V AC continuous. The accuracy is typically 0.1% of span. The calibration is through the front panel keypad and display, and there are no trimpots in the instrument. A 4-digit LED display enhances the utility by showing input process variable in temperature and other units, and other useful data. User programmable parameters include input type, scaling of display for input range, upscale/ downscale selection for sensor break, etc. Other inputs, such as 0~5 A AC, can also be supplied. MSI7P is a similar product with up to 5 outputs.
