Precious Fab-Cast has developed an improved design sigma mixer to take care of leakage and high torque due to the thick pasty characteristic of the materials to be mixed. The company has the capacity and facility to design and select the material of the construction, like stainless steel or the liners of hard, non reactive anti abrasive material to suit the nature of mixing material. It can also design the drive as per the required strength, depending upon the viscosity, stickiness, percentage of oil/moisture contained in the material desired to be mixed. Different jackets to carry out the process of mixing either in cool atmosphere or under hot condition that is water cooling jacket or oil/steam heating jacket may also be provided, if it is required. The company has a wide range of products including different types of mixers, sieve systems, conveying systems and has a leadership in manufacturing different type of pulveriser and crushers.
