Sigma Mixers

Miranda Automation offers Sigma Mixers. It is available in single arm and double "Z" arm types. It has jacketed bowl in MS/ SS and hydraulic tilting. It is compact and comes with fixed top cover and charging shoots. It is provided with PLC controlled frequency drive that can vary the arm speed from 0% to 200% at different stages of the mixing. Frequency drive gives soft start for the motor, saving consumption of power. PLC system can be provided with energy integrator to optimise batch cycle time and achieve perfect, consistent mixing in each batch.
