Plastic Component Industries is a manufacturer of injection moulded components for automobiles. Manufacturing around 50000 plastic component pieces each day, the product range of the company includes plastic components used in automobile seats like cover arm rest left and right, recliner cover inside, and recliner cover and knob. Apart from these, the company also makes seat frame bottom for motorcycles, backrest tray and seat handle with sheet metal insert for application in bus seats. For use in bus seats primarily, the company also makes side valence covers. The side valence covers are fitted to the sides of the seats and enclose the seat reclining mechanism. The covers, developed and made expeditiously, are made of high quality reinforced plastic. The side valence covers find application in bus and railway seats, and enable shorter lead time and saves cumbersome process of mould development. The company also caters to auditorium seats with the supply of backrest trays, various arm rests and cushion housing.
