Services: CNC laser cutting – for cutting various metal sheets of up to 25 mm thickness, etc; CNC bending – for bending sheets and individual components; iron worker – for structural sections cutting, punching, shearing, notching; metal fabrication – for all kinds of customised fabrication requirements. Workshops: the infrastructure is well developed with requisite planning, and a layout spread over a space of 25,000 sq.ft, which includes plant and machinery. A design department aided with powerful modelling and programming software is also provided to undertake projects of reasonably large magnitude. Machinery: CNC laser cutting machines, FO-3015NT 4KW make AMADA, NC press brake machine, RG-100 N-DC9 III make AMADA, Ironworker machine, IW-60 SD make Sunrise mechanical shearing machine, power press – up to 100T capacity; welding facilities – TIG/MIG/Arc/Spot; and material handling and quality inspection facilities.
