Fenix Process Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a major designer-manufacturer of distillation column packings. These Structured Packings (sheet metal) provide high separation efficiency (low HETP) resulting in reduced column height and thus saving in capital cost.
Available in standard and exotic metals at 450 and 600 crimp angles and surface areas of 60-1000 m2/m3, these packings have low pressure drop and excellent wetting characteristics due to special surface treatment. High voidage gives light-weight and high vapour load i.e. high capacity. Lower reflux ratios and lower pressure drop result in lower energy costs.
