It has supplied tool dup presses along with transfer feed mechanism. The company supplied presses with transfer feed system suitable to manufacture bearing cages, cages ranging from 62092 to 6208 and above. The system comprises of the following: press; transfer feed mechanism coupled with the press; transfer tools along with transfer bar; chute for feeding circular blanks. The component in the form of a circular blank is fed through a chute and the bearing cage is produced in the final stage. A schematic layout of ht entire system is enclosed for ready reference.
