Sheet fed offset presses, single-colour

NBG sheet fed offset presses is a straight forward machine with all controls with in an easy reach of the operator. The stream feeder ensures safe and perfect feeding of the different thickness of papers. The sheet is separated from the back of the pile and lifted by two telescopic suckers, advancing it to the forwarding rollers, thus eliminating the risk of grip of the sheet. The 20 roller inking unit distributes inks evenly for the job demands. Oscillating and rider rollers are copper coated to provide maximum ink grinding. The distribution of ink can be controlled by ink screws. The standard dampening system is formed by set of five rollers with one hard chrome plated vibrator roller. It provides full control of water distributors and easily adjustable to achieve right balance quickly equipped with circulating dampening for proper mixing of solutions, which reduces the need for cleaning. These presses can be easily controlled through clearly marked push buttons, finger tip controls on the main panel. A reliable electrical counter on the panel indicating the number of sheets delivered.
