Bettinelli Automation Components Pvt Ltd offers HTR Servo Rotary Table Series, designed to be freely programmable for flexible positioning via a servo motor input. The mounting adapter allows customers to use their own preferred brand of servo motor for easy compatibility. The rotary table provides accurate positioning and is backlash free and has an oversized centre through hole for passage of wires, hoses and other utilities. The low profile and smooth housing surfaces make it perfect for clean room environments. Units are O-ring sealed for leak proof operation in any position and are lubed for life and maintenance free. Flexible and freely programmable positioning; universal connection for different servo motor brands; repeatability +/-0.0007” at follower ø; high torque CNC induction hardened worm profile; oversized crossed roller bearing support; large stationary through hole; O-ring sealed for leakproof operation – even upside down; 3D models available in several formats; zero backlash for maximum station to station accuracy; clean and smooth sides with a low profile size; and specifically designed for clean room environments.
