It is protected with low voltage, high voltage, and overload protection by means of MCB, short circuit protection by HRC fuses and single phasing prevention for three phase models. It has fastest rate of correction up to 70 V/sec and quickest response time 10 ms. It gives high reliability, because of all internal components used in the system are sourced from reputed manufacturers, with conformation to IS standards as minimum prerequisite. All electronic assemblies tested on full load at 55°C for 48 hours to minimise failures. The maintenance of servo voltage stabiliser is very easy. Components easily accessible from all 4 sides and top and all control wirings are easily identified. Better efficiency of 98% achieved by using of high quality lamination and copper wires.
