Servo System

Delta Power offers a Servo System, ASDA-A. This has both single and three phase 220 V AC with the range for single phase varying from 100 W to 1.5 kW maximum whereas three phase varying from 100 W to 3 kW maximum. The motor can be either with or without brake with the feedback resolution of 10000 ppr. Many of these rating systems have built-in regenerative resistor with a maximum of 500 KPPS input pulse frequency. The ASDA series has two different systems: ASDA-A and ASDA-B series, which provides a complete range of functionality suitable for a wide variety of applications. It is equipped with different control modes like position/speed/torque modes and three dual modes to satisfy the applications requirement. For the smooth functioning of the motor there are smoothing strategy and the inbuilt auto-tuning mode makes the servo system adjust itself as per the mechanical arrangements. Features: built-in high speed DSP that provides a rapid and excellent performance; Modbus communication; superior resonant suppression capability; reduced motor settling time; programmable digital input and digital output feature; and a powerful position control function built-in for point-to-point single axis control function with 8 internal memorised position settings and the jog mode and position teaching mode enhancing its level of easiness. Window based software makes the setting and handling of its program easier and comfortable for diagnosis. The software has the graphical display of internal signals. This software makes the parameter management easier, with the detailed explanation of the parameters and a calculation tool, which helps in calculating the internal pulse number automatically.
