Semi-electric stackers

Dilip Material Handling Equipments manufactures semi-electric stackers, Model: DES-8E/10E. The mast is made of quality steel and vended in C-profiles. Together with the narrow cross- members that gives a light construction. The inner and outer masts are furnished with side thrust rollers preventing lateral play. The carriage has an open centre section and profiled forks with inner reinforcements. The outside fork spread is as standard 560 mm, but 480 mm can also be supplied. The battery operated lift pump is mounted on noise suppressing rubber blocks. The forks are lifted and lowered by means of an easily adjustable value with a built-in excess - pressure function preventing overload. All hydraulic hoses and fittings meet the SAE standard. A lowering brake valve controls the lowering speed of the forks. The company also offers tailor made versions for specific requirements such as galvanised version for the cold store applications. Alternative energy supply main connection: DES/8E/10E can be supplied for connection to 3 x 220 V and 380 A AC.
