Semi-automatic PET stretch blow moulding machines

Santec Hydrofluid Engineers provides semi-automatic PET stretch blow moulding machines useful for manufacturing various bottles and jars in lot production. The machine is provided with full-time stabilised heating system. Heating temperature and speed are adjustable according to sizes and features of preforms. Infrared rays heating tubes combined with rotary design ensure extremely uniform heating for PET preforms. Heating zones can be adjusted to meet production variations. Heating tubes are adjustable in upward/downward and forward/backward directions to suit various preform sizes and shapes. The design of the machine allows two functions in a single machine by simply changing the mould from single to double cavity mould. As the machine requires minimum floor space, it is suitable for small and medium size factories. Consistent operation results in minimal trouble and easy maintenance.
