Self-lubricating, oil less bushes, bush bearings & wear

Joraver Alloys manufactures Oil less bushes have solid graphite inserts, which provides continuous lubrication at all times. These bushes can work in severe conditions like high temperature (@300?C), dusty conditions, lubrication failures, etc. Due to the presence of solid lubricants the co-efficient of friction is brought to as low as 0.05. These bushes also have a high embedability for foreign particles; the foreign particle gets embedded into the holes giving out graphite thus saving the shaft and the bush. Also due to the continuous presence of graphite there are nearly zero chances of having shaft seizures. Lubrication is one of the oldest problems in the mould and machinery industry. It is also the hardest problem to solve, since lubrication seems to be the only way to prevent damage on mould and machinery. In today"s fiercely competitive world, lubrication means spending the additional cost to hire a person to manage the lubricants, and buying the lubricants.
