Arrow Machine Tools offers a Second Operation Lathe, SOL 25/110. Specific capacity & other specifications: Holding diameter round (Upto mm): 25; HEXAGONAL width A/F (upto mm): 22 square width A/F (upto mm): 19; distance collet to turret face (upto mm): 240 & turning length with long turning attachment: 70. This machine is ideal for manufacturing components of small & complex turned parts from bar, blank & forgings. Parts: headstock & spindle assembly, robust cast iron head stock mounted on the base frame of M.S sheet. Precision bearings are mounted on the spindle, spindles are case hardened, thread grounded to maintain spindle run-out within 0.005 microns. Main Drive: spindle pulley is connected through V. belts to a two speed motor which is fitted inside the cabinet, 16 speeds can be achieved by changing different speeds to achieve optimum cutting speeds. Cross slide & vertical slide: the lever operated slide is mounted on the front side. The vertical slide is lever operated and it is mounted on the headstock, it can be used for parting, grooving chamfering. Bar feed: gravity weight operated, bar feed can be supplied optionally for bar length upto 3 meters. Coolant system: compact Coolant tanks with motor fitted inside the cabinet with fittings & electrical switches. Automatic threading: this system can be used for threading by using tap or diameter. Model SOL 32/110 is also offered.
