Screen Decks & Screen Mates

Swagath Urethane offers screen decks and screen mates. Product range: panel size – 610 x 300 mm (24” x 11 13/16”), 305 x 305 mm (12” x 12”), aperture size – 0.35 mm to 80 mm (1/70” x 3-1/8”). Applications: secondary, tertiary and final screenings. Tension decks are used in abrasive and blinding prone screening applications. Screen panels are reinforced with steel wire. A wide range of shapes and sizes of aperture are available. Deck panels are manufactured in polyurethane for normal hardness as well as in soft variety of rubber. Orithane screen mats are without steel reinforcement. Apertures are moulded or punched as per the application, available with fabric reinforcement. Thickness varies from 3 to 6 mm.
