Scraper conveyors

Universal Conveyors" scraper conveyors are most ideal when handling chips especially which are fine in nature, such as cast iron, steel, aluminium both in dry and wet application. These provide excellent cleaning of coolants removing heavy sludges and act as preliminary filters as well. Construction: the body is manufactured in pressed steel structure with reinforcement and guide rails for smooth movement of roller. The conveyor chain components are fully heat treated and designed for friction free operation. The scraper blades attached between two strand of chains continuously scrape the material from the trough. Open type construction provides easy accessibility and ease of cleaning and maintenance. Scraper conveyors are manufactured in 3 different pitches - 38.1, 63.5 and 101.6 mm width range from 100 mm to 1200 mm. The chain is specially designed to withstand high abrasion and wear and tear.
