ITL Industries offers Sawing Machine. This is suitable for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous solid and hollow sections. The machine is built on the principles of using high-speed circular sawing machine with the help of thin-walled TCT circular cutters. The machine has very good surface finish and dimensional accuracies. Features: servo motor offers length accuracy of ±60 microns per 100 mm length which is a must for cold forging and many more applications; precise cut length, good surface finish, and face squareness does not require facing operation; achievable surface finish is around Ra 1.6; machines are available with cutting capacity of minimum 10 mm to 125 mm round and 100 mm square section for ferrous and non-ferrous material; this numerically controlled machine is 3 to 4 times productive than double column band saw machine and is suitable for large-scale production for feeding CNC centres, forging press, ancillaries to automobile industries and bearing recess cutting application. C-40 bar of dia 30 mm x 40 mm long can be cut about 520 pieces/hour by using TCT blade of 2 mm thickness. Similarly, ERW/MS pipes of OD 30 mm x 2 mm W.T. x 100 mm length can be cut 900 pieces/hour. The machine is offered in manual, automatic and CNC versions. The machine has special features like auto loader, PLC control system, LCD display and HMI, servo motor and ball screw for job indexing and cutter head feeding; and variable frequency drive for saw cutter and the "latest touch screen facilities" in CNC model.
