Sand Recovery System For Foundry

Fuji Air Tools (India) offers Delta Sand Recovery System, which is used for collection of spilled over sand in the foundry during different processes. The system consists of pneumatic suction units of high capacity, which are operated by compressed air. These units are fitted in a suction hose of proper size. The suction hose has different suction attachments in its front side. The other side of the suction hose it attached to a cyclone sand separator. When the suction attachment is dipped in the spilled sand, the vacuum created by the suction unit sucks the fine sand and the air flow created by the compressed air carries the mixture of sand and air into the cyclone sand separator. Here the sand is separated, and the air is let out to atmosphere through a filter. The collected sand can be removed from the bottom of the sand separator. The system is tailor made for each foundry application. It is a very cost effective solution for collecting the spilled sand. It reduces lot of manual labour, and keeps the environment clean. Being completely pneumatically operated, it is free from fire hazards. It is very effective in deep pits also.
