Safety system for rolling-key presses

Machinery Sales Corporation system manufactures the pedal lock system for presses. The system uses an electronic safety guard with infra-red sensors. The safety guard controls the foot pedal by not allowing it to be operated when the operator"s hands are close to the die area. This is a simple electro pneumatic arrangement which is very economical and user friendly. A major advantage of this system is that, the operator can go ahead with normal operations. The electronic beam takes care of his hands. Caution: this device prevents only accidental use of foot-pedal and is not an emergency stop unit.
