Safety relief valve

Diamond Engineering Works manufactures safety relief valves. It has stainless steel disc, nozzle and has a accurately designed guide for safe and reliable operation. Guide surface is situated above disc and is not exposed directly to the fluid which prevents erosion due to flow. This system also eliminates obstruction in the orifice. Valves are provided with adjustable ring for adjustment of blow down pressure in air/gas application. For zero leak tests the valves are provided with special seating applicable up to 10 kg/cm2 and 250 ?C. Valves are also supplied with fitting lever, test gag to suitable service. Set pressure range is up to 77 kg/cm2 for sizes 1/4" to 2" with screwed ends and from 1" to 6" with flanged ends. Body material is of carbon steel, stainless steel, cast steel or gunmetal with standard stainless steel trim.
