Pramod Engineering offers 6-head Saddle Stitcher with 3-Knife Trimmer and Auto Feeder. This machine is capable of stitching, feeding, scoring, folding cover besides collating signatures at a speed of 8000 per hour with online trimming. It is suitable for centre stitching of pamphlets, magazines, textbooks, note-books, catalogues, and commercial jobbing work with up to 6 standard stitching heads. Can stitch up to 6 mm thick spine for a 12 mm finished book; maximum size of untrimmed signature 510 x 330 mm can be accommodated. Stitcher is quoted with 4 heads; loop stitch is possible; largest saddle stitcher size available in the market; use with folded signature forms 4-pages and above; auto feeder can handle 35 gsm and above, folded signatures; the stitching heads are made by the company; complete stitcher with standard accessories, electric drive motor and PLC controlled operation; mechanical speed is 8000 copies/hr; and expandable up to 12 stations.
