Rubber expansion joints/bellows

SRM Exoflex offers Rubber expanion joints/ bellows. The company manufactures these joints and bellows to meet specific requirements of its customers and offers comprehensive after sales backup services. Rubber expansion bellows are manufactured right from 25 to 3000 mm NB. Belt type expansion joints are manufactured in any width up to 600 mm and in any continuous length as per customer specific requirements. These expansion joints in widths 220, 240 and 260 mm and in length up to 40 metres are already in use at various power plants of the country. Flextek rubber expansion bellows and belt type expansion joints are designed as the flexible connectors, fabricated from natural or synthetic elastomer with reinforcements to provide the stress-relief in ducting system due to thermal, mechanical and other movements. It provides flexibility and concurrent movement and isolation of vibration and noise. It also resists to abrasion and chemical corrosion. Some of the manufactured types include: single arch bellow/expansion joint, double arch bellow/expansion joint, multi arch bellow/expansion joint, concentric and eccentric reducer arch bellow/expansion joint and PTFE lined rubber bellow/expansion joint.
