Rubber Expansion Bellows

Ami Polymer offers Rubber Expansion Bellows. These are designed to take care of reaction forces like thermal expansion, contraction, vibrations, etc., which otherwise break pipelines. Depending upon application, these are being made up of neoprene, EPDM, silicone, viton natural rubber, etc. These are reinforced with specially treated, nylon, rayon, glass, fibre, steel cord, etc. Rubber expansion bellows are available in sizes ranging from 1" NB to 72" NB with hydro testing up to 24-bar pressure. These bellows have either integrated flange (metallic flanges are bonded with rubber) or split back-up flange and are made as per customer"s design, drawing and specification.
