NRC Industries is a manufacturer of rubber conveyor belts with a width of upto 1600 mm; The company manufactures belts of various configurations and thickness from 3 mm to 25 mm and also to withstand heat up to 200?C and also food grade conveyor. It manufactures rubber conveyor belts reinforced with cotton, nylon and polyester (EP) fabric. The unit situated at Verka, Amritsar is backward integrated wherein the company twists the yarn, weaves the reinforced fabric, then dips the fabric in a solution of RFL and the makes the conveyor belts of various strengths as per customers requirements. NRC produces conveyor belts with ETC (Equi-tensioned Carcass) which is practically a zero defect conveyor belts produced in India. ETC is made on fully automatic microprocess based tension controller, which maintains a pre-determined tension for each ply of the Carcass irrespective of its width and length. Carcass is fully free from air blisters, sponge, wrinkles and folds thus results to a novel belt. The conveyor belts are supplied to various thermal power stations, ports, cement plants, mining, fertilizer companies and various other industries.
