RUBBER ADHESIVES

Hardcastle offers Rubber Adhesives, QuickGrip. It is a versatile synthetic rubber based adhesive for multipurpose bonding applications at home and industries. It is a single component compound with excellent adhesion to most substrates like leather, rexine, rubber, canvas, wood, decorative laminates, glass, bakelite, ceramic, metal, cardboard, fabrics, etc. It cures by solvent evaporation into a tough flexible rubber. It has been formulated specially to meet high strength requirements and exposure to different temperature conditions. It exhibits superior resistance to moisture. Characteristics and advantages: high strength, very good bonding, resistance to moisture, durable at variable temperatures, easy to apply, and useful for wide range of substrates. Application: QuickGrip finds extensive use in shoe and leather goods, automobile, floor covering, interior decoration, engineering, electronics, bus bodybuilding, luggage and many other industries. Typical applications are upholstery bonding in auto, bonding voice coil to cone paper, frame to damper, speaker assembly to cabinet in the manufacturing of speaker, etc. Also useful for sealing of hose joints in washing machines, bonding of foams, etc. Its application varies from being a sealant in certain cases to bonding material in others.
