Rotomoulding machines

Plasmec Engineering Pvt Ltd manufactures rotomoulding machines for producing multi-layer or sandwiched type products. These machines are suitable for low and high volume productions. It is possible to obtain different wall thickness with the same mould. To mould shapes the plastic powder is placed in a metal mould and is slowly rotated biaxially inside the mould. Then it is cooled in the cooling chamber. Finally the plastic solidifies to a desired shape. The company also offers `Rock ?n? Roll? machines that are of open flame type and suitable for making large volume containers, long boats and large diameter pipes. The mould is rotated on top of a rocking frame and heated by means of open flame burners. The mould is then cooled and removed.
