A self aligning type Rotator (SAR) is a protean piece of equipment facilitating the easy manipulation of cylindrical vessels/shells for positioning and processing.
- Its special and unique design expedites the rollers to align to the job without any manual adjustment
- Rollers are of composite construction, PU coating is done on precision machined hub
- To reduce losses due to friction, rollers are supported on anti-friction ball bearings
- Provides high efficiency and sturdiness, and
- Shell weight is shared by powered unit and idler unit whereas driving torque is provided by the drive unit.
