Rotary Table

Jagdeep Foundry has developed a rotary table, which is an import substitution item. This unique equipment finds application with machining centres, boring, milling machines, etc. The rotary table is available in various sizes from 1000 mm to 3000 mm. These rotary tables can be offered either to interface with existing machines or having independent application through individual drive system. All castings are of grade 20 of IS-210. The major castings are stress relieved through thermal process after proof machining to avoid distortion at a later stage. Forced lubrication of guideways helps ensue accuracy and long life. The table is of box section and robust in construction. It has adequate number of T-slots for clamping of jobs. The flange is graduated to 360 equal divisions. The gearbox is operated by infinitely variable DC motor and gears. The bearings used are of standard make like SKF, NBC etc. Suitable inter locking arrangement has been provided to prevent simultaneous engagement of rapid and traverse.
