Rotary switches

Mkay rotary switches are rugged in construction and specially designed for industrial applications, incorporate rotary action air break concept of wiping contacts. For high reliability these switches are designed for On load switching of resistive and inductive load. The versatile design is based on packets principle, moulded from anti-tracking thermosetting plastics, enables choice of multi position and multi pole circuits. The stationary and moving contacts are manufactured from non- ferrous materials. Range of switches: these switches are manufactured for operational voltage at 250 V or 440 V AC supply in following range and switching positions - 4 positions 90?: 10,16, 32, 40, 63 and 100 A AC; 6 position 60?: 10, 16 and 32 A AC; and 8 position 45?: 16 A AC. Reverse forward switches for DC supply voltage are offered against specific requirements. These rotary switches comply with IS 13947 Part III.
