ROTARY SWITCHES

Pot-Tech Electronics offer Rotary Switches. It is a versatile switch. It is housed in a choice of thermoplastic casing of polyamide or polycarbonate with 26 mm diameter. Spindle diameter 6 mm, flattened to 5 mm and 18 mm long from mounting face. Bush is 10 mm diameter with M10 x 0.75 mm threading. The switching current capacity is 250 mA at 100 V AC or 125 mA at 230 V AC. Current carrying capacity is 2 A per pole. Electric breakdown voltage is > 100 V AC for 1 min at sea level. Insulation resistance is > 3000 Megaohms between any two terminals. Operating temperature range is -20 to 90°C. It is manufactured in several versions as 1 pole 12 way, 2 pole 6 way, 3 pole 4 way, 4 pole 3 way, 2 pole 4 way and 2 pole 5 way with standard step angle of 30°. Terminals are made of brass, tin plated and wiper that of specially selected material. Metallic lock with selector slot on bush for user setting facility for number of steps desired is optional feature. For better end torque, fixed stopper is our specialty. Terminals are evenly located at 21 mm PCD, the central terminals are at PCD of 8 mm. Area of applications: range selector in controllers, fan regulators, etc.
