ROTARY SURFACE GRINDER - R 40 CNC

Alex Machine Tools offers Rotary Surface Grinder - Model R-40 CNC, with CNC control. The machine grinds components one surface at a time, in mass/batch production with a high degree of accuracy without operator dependence. A batch of components is loaded at a time to fully automatic cycle of operations which includes rapid approach of segment wheel, rough grinding, dress with compensation, finish grinding, spark out and retract to home position. The operator has only to load/unload the components. This machine is ideal for batch production of auto components like gears, flanges, and host of others where one side is to be grounded at a time. Grinding depth of each parallel face can be individually controlled.
