Apex Knives Private Limited makes rotary knives designed for slitting and side trimming operation such as cutting thin stainless steel, light gauge silicon steel, tin plate, hot and cold rolled strip and sheets, steel plates up to 40 mm thickness. These knives also cut all types of non-ferrous material, paper and paperboard and also non-metallic material. Cutting performance of knives depends upon uniform hardness and proper microstructure. Apex knives are heat treated in salt bath in neutral atmosphere to achieve desired metallurgical characteristics. The knives are ground to high finish and extremely close-tolerances. These knives are offered as per customer?s specifications.
