Auram Machine Tool Marketing & Services Pvt Ltd manufactures pneumatic/hydraulic rotary indexing tables that make rotations in anticlockwise direction. This rotary indexing table is suitable for rotary indexing work in automatic assembling/packing/drilling stations and any other such applications where indexing of work piece or tool is required. The indexing mechanism consists of ratchet, taper wedge and accurate index plate for location. The indexing mechanism can be initiated by giving a pressurised air or hydraulic oil supply for a moment to the cylinder. Three standard index plates are available with 16, 20 and 24 slots. The cylinder can be provided with adjustable cushioning to take care of hard impacts on the table, which depend upon the load on the table. Top table can be provided with T slots for clamping. Or location bores/tapped holes as per requirement.
