Machine Dezign offers custom built Rotary Air Lock Feeders (RAFs) for various applications. The rotors are manufactured in different styles such as open rotor, closed rotor, low volume rotor, rotor with beveled tips, rotor with flexible tips etc. Depending upon the application and handled material the feeders can be supplied in basic configurations of drop-through, blow-through and off-set. Different types of accessories such as restricted inlet, adapters, matching flanges etc., can be provided.
The applications include metering, pneumatic conveying (pressure & vacuum), feeding to reactor in hazardous areas, sanitary etc.
