ROTARY AIR LOCK FEEDER

Ricon Engineers manufactures Rotary Air Lock Feeder. It acts as air lock, sealing a system against loss of air thereby maintaining operating pressure for maximum efficiency. It is also used as volumetric metering devices. Applications: removal of fine dust from cyclone collectors, bag type filters of other dust suppression equipments to feeding granules material in to pneumatic conveying systems against pressure and vacuum, boiler applications at 600ºC. There are four distinct styles, nine sizes and many different assembly combinations. It has a displacement of 0.04 cubic lt/ rev. Feeders are available in a variety of features for different materials, duties, applications and pressure. Differentials feeders are available in a variety of materials of construction as per application and side entry valve, sanitary type high temperature type, adhesive prevention type, etc. Features: open or close rotor design with straight or V-blades.
