Ramkrishna Forgings Limited (RKFL) offers a range of Rolled Ring Products. The company has installed fully automated Ring Rolling Line along with ISO thermal annealing line and CNC controlled vertical machining centres with Robo drills to fully machine as per customers’ requirements. The state-of-the-art ring rolling line with robotics, can roll crown wheels up to 500 mm diameter and 200 mm in height. The installed capacity is 1.2 million pieces/annum. The line with induction heater has accept/reject mechanism. In reject mechanism, both high and low temperatures are available. Ramkrishna Forgings Limited, founded in the year 1981, is a supplier to various sectors in domestic and overseas markets – a critical safety item supplier for screw coupling, bolster suspension, side frame keys and draw gear assembly for railway coaches and wagon. The company is a preferred supplier for OEMs like TATA Motors, Ashok Leyland and VE Commercial and we are also a global supplier for companies like Meritor to name a few. The company, having received the NABL accreditation in 2011, is also certified in terms of TS 16949, OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and is a manufacturer and supplier of open and closed die forgings of carbon and alloy steel, micro alloy steel and stainless steel forgings, which can be supplied in as forged + heat treated + machined and fully assembled condition as per the customer’s requirement.
