Project Sales offers Roll Ring Locking System, A-LOC. It is a removable axial roll ring locking system. It is an optimum, highly efficient method of mounting roll rings free of any tensile stress. It is possible to centre the roll ring and exert a high axial tension force using a single tool. The removable locking system provides huge cost savings in comparison with other conventional systems. Features: mounting roll rings free of any tensile stress through optimized roll torque transfer; roll rings have a longer tool life and roll modules have a longer service life; cost intensive existing parts such as a roll rings, roller shafts, sliding rings, bearings can be used without changing.
