Hydraulic automatic punching and cutting machine linked with main forming machine, where punching and cutting functions automatically. Two heads and middle holes are punched and cut-off at the same time after forming. The dimensions of finished products are top-grade, and the product length and hole distance accurately. The complete line consists of single or dual head type uncoiler, roll forming main machine, hydraulic automatic punching and cut-off device and PLC automatic control cabinet. Specification - number of stations: 14 - 16 stations and forming speed: 15 - 20 M/min. Main T roll forming machine using inverter motor, producing in line speed: 40M per minute.
