The complete line consists of single head type uncoiler, roll forming main machine, non-electric automatic cut-off machine, products run out table and PLC automatic control cabinet. Specification - number of stations: 12 stations and forming speed: 20 - 30 M/min. Advantages of hydraulic automatic cut-off machine: shearing speed: 1 - 5 seconds for one time, 6M length accuracy within +/-0.5 mm and unique design gives trouble-free operation.
