Stanley Machine Tools offers Riveting Machines, CRM series. It is of compact design, suitable for use on mass production line. It provides fantastic rivet head formation having superior strength, finish and no cracks even if plated rivets and fragile materials such as plastics, ceramics and phenolics are used. Precise stroke adjustment in 0.01 mm increments can be done. It is easy to setup and operate therefore the operator need not be a skilled worker. Since the riveting takes place in 2 to 3 seconds, a significant productively, boost over the conventional method is obtained. It works on the non-impact riveting principle and riveting is done by the gyroscopic creep method. Hence the twisting force on the rivet is eliminated. It has wide applications in various industrial like automotive electrical, electronics, and space application equipments, aeronautical, textile, various hardware industries, telecommunication, and medical hardware and instrument industries, utensils manufacturers, domestic appliances manufacturers switchgear manufacturers.
